The crew at Ford Performance have spec'd out a kit to simplify the swap of the newest, most innovative 5.0L Coyote engine into just about any Ford vehicle. The Coyote Power Module teams the Mustang GT 460 horsepower 5.0L Coyote V8 with a state of the art Tremec 6-Speed transmission - and all the electronics and hardware to finish the installation. The engine features advances like Direct and Port Fuel Injection, Twin Independent Variable Camshaft Timing, and a lightweight plasma transferred wire arc spray aluminum engine block. Coyote Power Module simplifies both the shopping and build experience by kitting up the right parts that are matched to deliver potent performance with civilized drivability. The engine Control Pack is truly plug and play and simplifies conversions to a modern electronically fuel injected V8 high performance engine.

- The Mustang GT uses electric power assisted steering and deletes provisions for a hydraulic power steering pump. A/C and power steering are not included in this package but we offer separate solution as an optional item for project cars that are going to run air conditioning and hydraulic power steering. - 700 lbs./ft. torque capacity (Transmissions are rated based on torque not horsepower.) This transmission is designed to handle engines making up to 700 lbs./ft at the flywheel
- The new Coyote 5.0L has a higher RPM capability than prior Ford engines and the Tremec T56 Magnum shifts better at these higher RPM's making it a great fit for Ford project vehicles or kits cars that are using the new coyote 5.0L engine.

- Unlike the inferior OEM T56 variants, the T56 Magnum case also has multiple shifter locations making it more versatile to retrofit into vehicles and hot rod/kit car projects. If needed the shifter can be relocated/replaced into other shifter locations for better fitment in a wider range of chassis.

- The T56 Magnum is a great transmission upgrade for projects because it comes with dual speedometer pickups(electronic and mechanical) so it can support either style of speedometer signals.
- Tremec recommends conventional Synchromesh fluid, NOT SYNTHETIC. Fluid is not included.

- Note: Engine will be fitted with dual mass flywheel installed. Included is a billet steel flywheel that is to be installed on the engine before installation into the vehicle.
- Note: If you are planning on installing an aftermarket oil pan and pickup tube, the Gen 1 and Gen 2 5.0L coyote aftermarket oil pickup tubes are not compatible with the Gen 3 oil pump.
- Transmission harness connectors such as speed sensor connector, reverse light harness connector, reverse inhibitor solenoid, and mechanical speedometer gear or speedometer gear plug kit are not included but are sold separately. The items you need will depend on your project car's speedometer gauge setup.
- Parts and components for this package cannot be substituted or deleted by customer request. The package comes as it comes from Ford Performance.
- Headers, engine stand, and transmission stand are not included but are illustrated in the item image. The engine will only come with a passenger side Mustang GT production header. The 2015-2016 Mustang GT production driver side header is also a catalytic converter and is deleted from the offering. A 2011-2014 Mustang GT production driver side header is sold separately as an optional item. Cast iron manifolds for tighter clearances are also offered separately as an optional item.
- Assembly plant engine lift brackets are not included
