The M-9603-M8B Mustang GT calibration for 2018-2021 5.0L equipped Mustangs is a blast to drive. Like other Ford Performance calibrations it features improved power throughout the RPM range. The throttle really comes alive. This package was modeled after our very successful M8A Power Pack 2 for 2015-2017 Mustang GTs. It features a larger 87mm throttle body (vs. 80mm stock), the required throttle body adaptor, a Ford Performance cold air intake, and the Pro Cal 4 tool. It is available for manual or automatic equipped Mustang GTs.

Do Ford Performance calibrations have a warranty?

Ford Performance calibrations are unique because they come with their own Ford warranty. If the Ford Performance calibration causes an issue to your car within 3 years or 36,000 miles from new vehicle in-service, Ford pays to fix your car. If the performance calibration did not cause the issue, your base Ford warranty still applies. The kits need to be installed by an A.S.E. certified shop or Ford dealer.

What about competitors' calibrations?

Ford does not and cannot warranty non-Ford calibrations. Ford does not develop or test them and therefore will not cover any affected parts damaged by a non-Ford calibration. They do not test and develop to Ford's durability standards.

Comes with a 3yr/36k mile warranty from new vehicle in-service when installed by a Ford dealer or any independent ASE certified technician.

Worth the wait!!! Excellent mod and very straight forward install just download instructions. High quality parts direct from Ford.Great bang for the buck very good low end power will wake up your S550. Highly recommend!!! Very pleased!!!

I’m overall happy with the product it does what it said. It firmed up my shifts while in drive compared to the sluggish shifting before and I can feel a noticeable toque increase below 3k rpm. The CAI could been engineered better in my opinion. The fit and finish is my issue and the use of a foam insert to seal out the air is cheap. Nothing cheap about the price. If your looking for a kit and a tune like me that wouldn’t screw up the remaining warranty there’s not many choices. Fords instructions are horrible.

I like this kit by Ford because it works, it looks great, I trust the OEM Tune and if I ever sell my car this bolt on won't take away from the value. I did upgrade the air filter element to the Airaid higher flowing filter which Ford recommends as a replacement filter. I think daily drivers and owners who appreciate stock vehicles will see the value of this kit & be pleased with the gains.
